  • Title: Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, President, or C-level. Someone who can speak for the company and commit it to a deal.

    Traction: Raised a priced seed round or later; OR ≥ $500K ARR; OR holds an active government contract (SBIR Phase II+, DoD OTA, etc).

    Sector: Space, SpaceTech, or space-adjacent, including downstream applications, dual-use defense-space, and space infrastructure.

    Active intent: Raising within the next 12 months, OR actively seeking commercial or strategic partners.

  • Title: Partner, General Partner, Principal, Managing Director, oraInvestment Committee member.

    Fund Type: Venture, growth equity, private equity, family office, sovereign/strategic fund, or corporate venture arm with a deployed mandate.

    Active Deployment: Deployed capital in the last 18 months, or holds a current, funded mandate to deploy; not “looking to get into space.”

    Space Intent: Has an active or stated thesis in space, SpaceTech, defense-space, or the downstream applications layer or intent to build one.

  • Title: Corp-dev, partnerships, procurement, or business-development leadership at a prime, government, or international agency at a level with budget influence or partnership authority.

    Government: Program leads, acquisition/procurement officers, or senior civil/military staff with a role in funding, buying, or partnering.

    International: Investment-promotion bodies, international space agencies, sovereign funds, or delegation leads representing a country or bloc with capital to deploy or partnerships to offer.
